Retooled and Refueled Seminar
The seminar which was scheduled this past week had to be postponed due to health issues with
Steve Diggs, the speaker. Steve was very apologetic for having to do this, but his health must
take priority. We have rescheduled this seminar for May 9-10.
Koinonia Teams
Hopefully the Koinonia Teams are up and running now and getting the year started with a bang.
If you have not been contactd by a team leader, please set Jim or one of the elders know as soon
as possible.
Thanks
Thanks to each person and family that contributed to assist with the financial obligation for
the eye surgery for JoAnne Gipson, wife of Bill Gipson. It seems that the Westchurch congregation
always does come through when needed.

preaching career in Bridgeport, Alabama and has worked with churches in
Alabama, Texas and Ohio. Jim and his family spent almost 15 years with the

in many aspects of community life, including civic clubs, serving on the
School Board and various other community and government functions.
Jim and his wife, Berni are the parents of two sons, a daughter-in-law, and
a puppy.
Allen, a 2007 graduate of Harding University is presently a 3rd year law

he graduated from Obedience School.
Berni is active in the teaching program at Westchurch. She organizes the
children’s education program as well as directing “Youth Worship” for 4 year
olds thru 4th graders during our worship assembly.

The Mauldins are happy to be at Westchurch and a part of a loving and
